Tuscan Manufacturing and Style Crest Announce Distribution Agreement

Fremont, OH, May 18, 2009 – Tuscan Manufacturing and Style Crest announce that Style Crest will be the exclusive distributor of the complete line of Tuscan railing, porch posts, accessories and Compliant Railing® products in twenty-one (21) states.

“Tuscan is always looking for ways to give our customers better service and we saw partnering with Style Crest as a great opportunity”, said David Poddell, General Manager of Tuscan Manufacturing. “Our great products combined with Style Crest’s service platform in the eastern United States means our customers will face a win-win situation when their needs call for railing, porch posts or code-compliant railing systems.”

The twenty-one states covered by the agreement are Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Wisconsin and Illinois. Style Crest will service dealers and distributors in these states with their existing service platform out of three distribution centers.
